❓ Do I have to have a specific idea, or can you help me?

You’re welcome to submit a specific idea — but if you’re not sure exactly what you want, I can absolutely help you narrow it down or suggest concepts based on your shop style and customers.

❓ How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the complexity of your idea. There are three tiers: Essential, Signature, and Elite.

❓ What happens if someone steals my file and sells it without a license?

Unfortunately, copyright infringement can happen in any digital market. While you’ll have exclusive licensing rights to your template, enforcing those rights will be your responsibility as the seller. I’ll never resell your template or knowingly license it to anyone else.

❓ Will you sell my file on your website?

No — once your SVG template is created, it’s yours to sell exclusively. I will never list your custom template in my shop or offer it to others.

❓ Do I have to pay you after the initial license fee?

Nope — it’s a one-time fee for your custom template and license. After that, any profits from your digital or physical sales are 100% yours to keep.

❓ How long does the license last?

Your license is permanent. Once your fee is paid and your file is delivered, you hold an ongoing, exclusive commercial license for that SVG template.

❓ What work do I have to put in?

You will receive only a file and a license to sell. It’s your responsibility to craft the project and take photos, list, and promote the sale in any way you see fit. This includes possibly making an assembly video for your customers - in my experience, files with assembly videos sell much better.

❓ Will I get any documentation with my template?

Yes — you’ll receive a digital license agreement confirming your exclusive rights to sell the template, along with your final files and mockup image.

❓ Can I request revisions?

You’ll have one round of minor revisions included (like label changes, slight sizing tweaks, or simple adjustments). Major redesigns may require an additional fee.

❓ Who can join Digital Doorway?

Anyone who knows how to sell and deliver digital files on platforms like Etsy, Shopify, or Wix is welcome to apply. You don’t need to be a pro designer — just comfortable managing digital product listings and file delivery.

❓ Do I need special software?

Yes — you’ll need software capable of working with SVG templates for your own testing and previews, such as Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, or Adobe Illustrator.

❓ Do you offer refunds?

Because this is a custom digital service, no refunds are available once the design process has started.

❓ Can I sell the physical product too?

Yes — your license covers both digital template sales and physical items made using your template. The only restriction is that you may not share, resell, or redistribute the template to other digital sellers.
