COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial License is included in the price of any file purchase from thesaltyyankee.com or my Etsy shop SVGbySY. Design credit on your listings is always appreciated.
The commercial license includes unlimited use for small businesses on physical, handmade items. Please keep in mind that I do not own rights to any likeness of licensed characters, and do not have the authority to grant permission to sell items with licensed characters.
The images purchased may not be resold or redistributed in any digital format, including print-on-demand services like RedBubble, Printful, etc.
If you are planning to use my files for a workshop, you MAY NOT distribute or share the file with your workshop attendees. You can provide a link to your attendees to purchase the file on my website, or you may purchase the file in the quantity of your class (must pay per user.)
CUSTOM WORK
To place an order for custom work, please send me a DM on instagram @thesaltyyankee with the following information:
1.What you'd like done
2.Reference image (s) if applicable
3.Your deadline
I will respond with a price for the design and will add it to my schedule once payment is received.
Minimum price for any custom design is $19.99. Most custom designs range $20 to $50 depending on complexity.
I do not do custom designs of any copyright or licensed characters.
NO DESIGNS MAY EVER BE RESOLD IN A DIGITAL FORMAT - INCLUDING EXCLUSIVE CUSTOM DESIGNS.

EXCLUSIVITY
The fee charged for a custom design is for the time slot on my schedule to meet your deadline as well as full control over the details, posing,color,etc. of the design.
The fee for a custom design does NOT include exclusive access to the design.
Please note that any custom order that is an original piece of artwork, logos, or photo likenesses will never be added to my website. This includes art by other independent illustrators (which I will only do with permission from the artist.)
Please keep in mind that custom designs take me 1-2 hours at minimum to complete, so adding them to my website allows me to keep the price of the design low.
When you inquire about a custom design, I will always quote for both an exclusive and non-exclusive design.
I also cannot guarantee another artist or crafter may take the design by image-tracing and copy your work, I am not liable for that in the case you have paid for exclusivity.
Please note that I do not currently offer exclusivity on 3D folding designs at this time - the time it takes to create and test-cut cannot justify the price in my current setup.
FORMATS
Every file is in the .svg (Scalable Vector Graphic) format and is compatible with Cricut Design Space.
Also included is a png (Portable Network Graphic) file with a transparent background. These files are high-resolution and can be used for large scale printing. DPI is generally 350 to 1000 DPI.
You must be familiar with your program and aware if the SVG format will be compatible.
If you are a Silhouette user, please verify that your version of Studio is compatible before purchase.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. I am glad to help you with any issue you may have when downloading your files. I do not offer refunds, but I am glad to work with you to make sure you get the quality you expected when making your purchase.
