FREE Sticky Notes Gift Tag

This sticky notes gift tag is one of those really practical projects that people will actually use. I love taking something simple like a notepad and turning it into a thoughtful little gift. This one is perfect for teachers, coworkers, or anyone who always has sticky notes nearby.

Sticky Notes Gift Tag

I designed the front of this tag to hold a 3x3 sticky note pad along with a mini pen or marker. I used these generic permanent markers, and the template includes a paper loop to hold the marker in place. The loop on the marker itself is great if the recipient wants to add it to a badge reel or lanyard.

Front and Back Details

On the back side, I included a to and from section to make it easy to finish off as a gift. I used my Cricut Pen Tool to write mine because I love the personalized look it gives, but you can also print that part if that works better for you.

Ways to Use It

I added ribbon to the top of mine, but you could just as easily use string or twine. If you’re making this for a teacher, you could even attach it to a lanyard to add a little extra to the gift. It’s one of those templates that’s easy to switch up depending on who you’re giving it to.

More Versions

I also made a couple other versions of this same style tag if you want something more specific. You can check out the Autism Awareness version and the Christmas Candy Cane version.

What I Used

•Cardstock from 12x12 Cardstock Shop
Bearly Art Craft Glue
•Cutting Machine (I use a Cricut Explore Air 2)
•Mini permanent markers
•Ribbon or string of your choice
•3x3 post it notes
